➜ CANDLE QUESTIONS

"My candle has black smoke...help"

It’s time to trim your wick! If a wick is not trimmed regularly, when lit the flame will become smoky and aggressive, this can be potentially dangerous. Remember to trim your wick to 0.5mm each time before lighting. For more information on how to take care of your candle, please read our Candle Care page.

"Why are there air pockets along the sides of my candle?"

This is common and happens due to a decrease in temperature. When the glass becomes too cold, the wax will begin to pull away. This has no effect on the performance of the candle, but can look rather odd! To fix this problem, simply place your candle in the sun for about an hour to warm the glass up.

"Where do you ship?"

At this time, we are only offering domestic shipping within the Australia. Our products are very fragile and can break or melt during transit. Which is why we are currently working towards finding the best solution for worldwide shipping.

"What payment methods do you accept?"

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards or debit cards. We also accept Google Pay and Apple Pay.

"Is it possible to cancel or modify my order?"

Once an order is placed, it unfortunately cannot be canceled or modified. However, feel free to email us at simplicityandco@outlook.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate your change.
