DESPATCH
All orders are dispatched within 2 - 4 business days. All orders are processed in the order as received.
LOCAL PICK UP
If you select the pick up option at checkout. Once we have received your order along with payment. We will fulfill your order and get in contact with you to organize a local pick up time. We offer local pick up from Gosnells (6110).
LOCAL DELIVERY
If you would like local delivery, click the delivery option in checkout as shipping and local delivery can be applied in the next step. When selecting local delivery, allows us to personally deliver your order to your nominated address for a small fee. We will get in contact with you once we have received payment and your order is fulfilled to organize a delivery time.
FREE for up to 5km radius from Gosnells
$5 Surcharge for 5km - 20km radius from Gosnells
$10 Surcharge for 21km - 40 km radius from Gosnells
DELIVERY TIMES
In most instances estimated delivery times from the time of dispatch:
2-5 Business Days - Capital Cities, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide and Perth
5-10 Business Days - Regional Australia, Darwin, Hobart
The above estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding public holidays. Every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated delivery times may change due to unforeseen circumstances from the couriers.

RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase or order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at simplicityandco@outlook.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
